Background:

Manage and coordinate all tech transformation activities for SA Production

Completing the Tech Transformation. Drive and maintaining the roadmap. Achieve a simplified tech landscape and significant cost reductions.

Responsibilities/ Expectations from the role

• Monitoring, maintaining and coordination
• Drive progress among various teams / areas
• Transparent roadmap and status


Requirements: Must-have:

• Broad technical knowledge
• Project management
• Agile practices/methods (SAFe, Scrum)
• Strong English and Swedishcommunication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Communication skills: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues.

Problem-solving skills: be able to identify and solve complex technical problems and anticipate and prevent potential issues before they arise.

Team player: works collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. Cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the team's work progresses efficiently and smoothly.

Good-to-have:
• Experience of technical transformation projects
• Knowledge of the parcel and logistics area
