Background
Senior Design Operations specialist required to support the Design Operations Transformation.
The current team has launched a new strategy and operating model and require more Design Operations and Change Management expertise to strengthen the team to deliver the agreed scope.
Due to changes in current team, there is now an opportunity for a part time (30 hours per week) position available.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist IKEA in
Provide Design Operations skills according to market best practices. Be part of directing and delivering Design Operations scope according to the new strategy and operating model.
Day-to-day tasks
Support in creating shared Experience Design clarity across Ingka, Digital and DXD and strengthen the structures, insights and ways of working that enable teams to deliver faster, with less duplication and greater system impact. The DesignOps specialist supports enablement of the systems around design.
Day to day work include bringing Design Operations proven best practice experience to the current scope. Executing according to the prioritised backlog in Jira and upskilling the existing team by working alongside them
