JOB: – Data Products – Malmo/Helsingborg (263852)

Background:

We are the data platform Team - through tooling and services we simplify life for IKEA data citizens, to democratize data. We are on a journey to implement Data Mesh within Ingka, and this is greenfield implementation.

The Ingka Data Platform offers streamlined solutions to save time, gain valuable business insights, and manage costs effectively.

We as a Platform Team supports data producers, data consumers and data governance teams making products discoverable with the right design and technology, (this is done with the Metadata Management and components for data quality, data pipelines, data sharing etc).

The platform is enabled by technical services, software components and frameworks.

Requirements:

· We are looking for a Product Owner with building Data Products.

· IKEA experience is a plus.

· Good knowledge of product discovery techniques and qualitative/quantitative research methodology.

· Set a tangible product strategy for the assigned product(s) and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs

· You have worked with Data Products and familiar with Data lifecycle.

· Align with cross functional teams within the domain to ensure maximum impact

· Demonstrate strong product development practices in the daily interactions to enable high performing team(s)

· Communicate the product strategy and vision for the product(s) to ensure the team(s) is driving the product(s) in the strategic direction

· Define OKR´s for one or several products together with the team(s) and key stakeholders to ensure team(s) are aligned and tracking towards the same goals

· Guide and support one or several teams to ensure individuals and team(s) are performing to the best of their ability
